In Solidarity with Our Black Community
SDSU’s Department of Anthropology stands in solidarity with our Black community to
denounce violence against Black people and to reject and fight against racism more
broadly. As a community of university students, staff, and faculty, we commit to actively
support and advocate for solutions to systemic racism. We will do this in the classroom,
at our sponsored events, and in our related departmental work.
